Byrne & Storm is committed to offering the small firm personal touch while providing our clients with high caliber representation.
The lawyers at Byrne & Storm have the experience to handle from simple to complex cases and deals. The size of the firm ensures experienced partner contact on all matters and a personal and professional approach to our clients’ often complex legal problems. Our practice is diverse, with concentrations in commercial transactions, real estate, litigation and family law. Founding partner James Byrne's experience during several economic down turns and recoveries over the last thirty years has resulted in the firm being particularly adept at personal and corporate workouts and restructuring. He is joined at the firm by lawyers Rodger Boe and Christina Storm, whose practices are largely limited to litigation oriented matters.
Our offices have moved and are now consolidated and located at 59 Elm Street in New Haven, Connecticut, one block from the State and Federal Courts.
Byrne & Storm, despite its relatively small size, has a meaningful pro bono commitment and is a sustaining partner of the International non-profit organization, Lawyers Without Borders as well as a contributor to pro bono through statewide bar sponsored programs. Further information about our contributions to Lawyers Without Borders can be found at its website, www.lwob.org.
